Gift Certificates are shipped within 1-3 business days. Gift certificates can be used in-store only for service fees & physical merchandise purchases. Gift certificates cannot be used to tip service providers and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. Gift certificates can be mailed via USPS Priority Mail with tracking OR picked up in-store during regular business hours.
